New here? Start with Rinn on your island and read chapter one. Looking something up? Every location, shop, boss and enchant is below, updated for Map 5.
The short version. Every card links to the part of the handbook that explains it properly, and the full patch notes live on the Map 5 page.
Fresh start
What resets?
Everything apart from lifetime ranks, kits and cosmetics. Islands, money, gems, mobcoins, orbs, fragments, items, spawners, and quest and skill progress all start again on Map 5, so everyone begins on the same footing.
Your island, the commands you'll use every day, and how island value and the leaderboard work.
1
Join
Get onto Skyblock
Connect to oraclepvp.net on Java or Bedrock. In the hub, open /realms (or click the Skyblock NPC on the portal pads) and pick Skyblock. Your island is made for you the first time you arrive.
2
Learn
Follow Rinn
Click Rinn on your island. The storyline walks you through everything and pays out as you go. Lost the thread? /story
3

First steps
When you first join you're teleported to your own Skyblock island. Click the NPC Rinn on your island to start the storyline: Rinn walks you through the server, hands out rewards and helps you set up your first farms and grinders. Follow the guided steps any time with /story, and grab a starter kit from the portal at /spawn.
Two commands you'll use constantly: /is go takes you home, and /travel opens every custom location. The portal at spawn also takes you home when you walk into it, or opens island creation if you don't have an island yet.
Want to team up? Invite a friend with /is invite <name>. They'll need to leave their own island first with /is disband, which wipes that island for good, so grab anything important first.
Buying and selling
/shop has one row for selling and one for buying, with 81 buy-only building blocks including copper fittings, shelves and dried ghasts. You can search it from chat. To cash out, open /sellgui and drag in whatever you want to sell.
Prefer to set your own price? List items on the player market with /market. Plain vanilla items are refused, but spawners, beacons, netherite and other valuables are welcome. Feeling lucky? The Black Market lets you stake gems on any live listing.
Once you're established, automate selling with Sell Chests, Sell Wands and Auras from /gemshop. See Automation tools.
Island value: weekly growth vs total value
Your island tracks two numbers. Weekly growth is the value you add this week, and it's the only thing the leaderboard cares about. Total value is your island's all-time worth, and it's what counts for island growth.
Gather value blocks (ores, amethyst, resin, honeycomb and so on) and deposit them through /island value: drop them into the menu and they're banked when you close it. At the weekly reset (every Sunday, 11AM EST / 4PM GMT) your weekly growth rolls into your total value and starts again from zero.
New on Map 5: depositing costs a small fee. Feeding value blocks to your island costs 0.002% to 0.010% of their value in money, depending on your island's growth stage. If you can't afford it, the blocks are handed back.

The weekly leaderboard /island top
Every island competes on weekly growth, on two boards: Solo (one player) and Squad (2 to 10 players). /island top now shows today's growth, this week's growth, your best week ever and which members are online, and there's a daily recap and a weekly winners post on Discord.
Winners are paid at the weekly reset in store credit, claimed through a Discord ticket:

Finding a team /island find
Don't want to grind solo? /island find (also /findsquad) lists islands that are recruiting. Request to join, fill in a short application, and check the invites you've received. Running your own island? Switch recruiting on to appear in the list, then review applicants. Joining a new island can affect your current island progress, so clear out anything important first; the game asks you to confirm.
Island upgrades /island upgrade
Upgrades make your island bigger, faster and more productive, and they're all paid for with money. There are six categories:

The four big ladders share one price curve. Level 1 costs $2,500,000 and every level after adds about 9.6%: level 10 is $6.31M, level 50 is around $233M, and level 100 is $23.9 billion on its own. Spawner Limit runs on a flatter curve: $2.5M up to $45M for the first ten levels, then $100M at level 10 and another $5M a level after that.
Upgrade levels are gated behind island growth. Border, Crop, Spawner Speed and Hopper unlock 4 more levels per growth stage, Spawner Limit unlocks 10 levels per stage over the first five stages, and Member has no gate.
Quests and skills /quests/skills
Quests are a steady source of crate keys, value blocks and cosmetics: daily, weekly and monthly quests that refresh on their own, shared island quests, and location quest ladders.
Location quests: 21 to 50 steps
Much easier to start (the first Dungeon quest is 25 kills, not 50,000). One-time quests give 5x hearts and 3x keys.
Plain numbers
Quests use normal numbers instead of Roman numerals.
Prestige progress
Once every area is unlocked, the action bar shows your progress toward the prestige requirement.
Gain EXP to level your five skills at /skills, all the way to level 500, picking up money, value blocks, crate keys, cosmetics, potion effects and attributes along the way. All five levels now sit under the scoreboard, with a detailed bar for the skill you're levelling, a LEVEL UP! popup and MAXED OUT! at 500. /skillstop shows the top 5 in each skill, and the Momentum bar gives Speed I at max and goes rainbow at 5x EXP.
Daily rewards and voting
Grab something free every day with /daily: money, mobcoins, orbs, XP and fragments, growing the longer your streak runs. Voting (/vote) pays on daily milestones, so do all five sites in one go:

On top of that there are weekly milestones, monthly gem and money rewards, and a prize for the top 5 voters each month.
Chapter 2
Gathering and the money loop
Where money, mobcoins, orbs and fragments come from, and what each one buys.
The money loop
Money matters more on Map 5. Spawners, boosters, fragment shop items and island deposits all cost real money, and the gathering locations pay much less of it. Each place is now best at one thing:
Farming for moneyFarm crops on your island and sell them. Money is what every other step costs.
Dungeons for spawnersKill dungeon mobs for mobcoins, then buy spawners for mobcoins plus money.
Woodlands for boostersChop for orbs, then spend orbs plus money on boosters.
Pirate Bay for artifactsDig for fragments, buy time capsules and forge Super Artifacts.
Mineshafts for valueMine value blocks and feed them to your island to climb /is top.

Farming /farming
Crop farms train the Farming skill and are your main source of money. Every action pays: +1 Farming XP per crop harvested, +3 per crop planted and +1 per block tilled.
One crop is the Boosted Crop each day, rotating through Wheat, Carrots, Potatoes, Beetroot, Sugar Cane, Nether Wart, Pumpkins and Melons. Run /farming to see what's boosted and how long is left. Harvesting the boosted crop has a ~0.75% chance per block (1% for Carrots) of a bonus: a 50/50 split between a Farming Runic and +500 Farming XP.

Gathering locations
Three gathering spots each have their own currency and crate key. Blocks respawn after 10 seconds, and location prestige raises the rare-drop chances below. Map 5 cut the money from sand and logs to 10% of what it was; fragments, orbs, EXP, chests and hearts are unchanged.
Weeping Woodlands /woodlands
Chop trees for orbs, forest hearts and Woodland keys, plus a little money. There are 9 levels, and only the top three (7 to 9) drop forest hearts. Every rare drop improves at every level:

Mining is where you pull value blocks, spirit bones and Mineshaft keys. Work up Coal, Iron, Gold, Diamond, Debris and Netherite; only the top three mines drop spirit bones. Every ore gives its value block and Mining XP. Mineshafts are now light blue, armour and essence included, so they don't get mixed up with Pirate Bay.

Spend fragments at /fragmentshop. It now sells the Sailors Shovel, Pirate Bay Essence and the Time Capsule that starts every Super Artifact, plus a guide book. Items cost fragments plus $500k to $15M.
Dragon Valley /dragon
A dragon event fires in the valley every 15 minutes, rotating through 14 valleys. The dragon flies overhead and every crate drops at once; get there with /travel (or click the announcement) and right-click crates to claim them. Nothing needs killing, and in a PvP valley PvP opens as soon as the event starts.
Crates pay value blocks, creaking hearts, fragments and keys. With the resource pack, a crate-coloured arrow shows above each landed crate, visible through walls. On Sundays the Scalewrack weekly hunt runs with its own leaderboard and rewards.
The Dragon armour set and the dragon enchants (Raider, Speedrunner, Dragonfreak) are built for this place. See Armour sets and Dragon enchants.
Currencies and the Time Machine
Going AFK? Park in the Time Machine (/travel) and it pays on three timers: every minute 1,000 orbs and 1,000 mobcoins, every hour 1 fragment and $500,000, and every 3 hours a Creaking Heart. One account only, no alts.

The Armoury /armoury
Your one-stop shop for gear and enchants. Pick up armour and tool packs with vanilla enchants already applied, then add custom enchant books on top. Books come in Common, Rare, Legendary and Divine tiers, priced in XP. /enchantinfo explains each one, and the enchant reference below has exact numbers. Every enchant now has its own activation sound, which you can preview and switch off in /settings.
Automation tools /gemshop
Once you're producing more than you can sell by hand, the gem shop tools save serious time. Chests and auras never wear out; wands run for 2,000 uses.

Artifact tools carry their Level X enchants, the Lumberjack and Moonlight axes have Efficiency 500, and the insane kits come with glowing armour, textured weapons and 16 creaking hearts. Right-click a kit in /gemshop or /ikit to preview it; a right-click never buys.
To unlock a tool's sell mode, put the Collector or Aura in the middle of a crafting table and surround it (plus shape) with 4 Sell Essence.
Boosters /boosters
Boosters ramp up your rewards for a while. Open /boosters to see what's running and activate your own; one of each type at a time.
Server-wide boosters. A free booster runs three times a day for 60 minutes (+1 location rewards, 1.25x currencies), and surprise boosters pop up through the day. When the community hits the weekly donation goal, everyone gets a 24 Hour Daily Prime the following Monday.

The Nine Gates: dungeons and mobcoins /dungeons
There are now 9 dungeon levels, each paying more mobcoins and money than the last, and every kill gives Slaying XP. Levels 7, 8 and 9 are Piglin Brutes (Hoglin elite), Drowned (Iron Golem elite) and Wither Skeletons (Ravager elite). Each level holds up to 800 mobs, spawners refill the area you're clearing first, and dungeon mobs never target you.
Glowing power-up orbs spawn beside the spawners. Walk into one to fire it:
Alien Bomb
Pulls every nearby mob into one spot, then blows it up.
Nuke
Clears everything in a 40-block radius.
Acid Rain
Melts a huge ring of mobs around you in one hit.
Super Smash
A forward dive that flattens the pack in front of you.
Rampage
A 10-second kill aura that jumps between mob packs.
Every power-up gives +4 Speed for 10 seconds, and its kills count for full rewards and quest progress. A button in /dungeons explains each one, and their sounds can be switched off in /settings.
Locked by level
You can't damage a level's mobs until you've unlocked it. Unlocks are spread evenly across prestiges.
Mini bosses
Spawn among the normal mobs (roughly 1 in 2,000 kills) and drop 3x Dungeon keys, 2,000 mobcoins and 100 Slaying XP. They still show their names.
Dungeon sword enchants
Darkness, Hunter and Banewraith are Divine enchants that only trigger on dungeon kills. See the weapon enchants.
Spend mobcoins at /mobcoinshop, where page 1 is now spawners.
Dungeon Debris
Dungeon Debris drops from normal mobs in dungeons 4 to 9 (in dungeons 4, 5 and 6 roughly 1 in 6,300, 5,000 and 4,200 kills), and from the Dungeon crate and its 25-opening milestone.

Events and PvP
Vote Party / Pinata (/vp). Hit 100 server votes and a pinata pops at /spawn. Every hit can roll crate keys, money, orbs, mobcoins or XP levels, and the final hit takes 5x of every crate key.
King of the Hill (/koth). Once an hour, hold the Warzone platform for 2 minutes to claim 25 Fighting keys and 6 Creaking Hearts. PvP is on.
Eternal Outpost (/outpost). Stand on the zone for 60 seconds (quicker with teammates) to earn your island a 1.5x Sell Booster for /shop and sell chests. PvP is on here too.
Gladiator Arena. A no-escape PvP pit: watch from above, or drop in knowing only one person walks out.
Chapter 4
Prestige and endgame
Prestige, island growth, the Underworld bosses, armour sets and rare-drop redemptions.
Location prestige /prestige
Each major location can be prestiged once you reach its final level. Prestiging resets that location to level 1 with higher requirements and a cost, and in return gives two permanent perks: a skill EXP boost and a bonus rare-drop chance for the location's signature item. There are 25 prestiges per location.

The Underworld /underworld
The Underworld is 15 hellish biomes, each a boss arena. Once an hour one biome is picked at random and its boss awakens for 59 minutes or until it dies. All 15 bosses have brand new 3D models with proper hitboxes (stats and rewards are unchanged), a boss bar always points to the nearest active boss with its health and distance, and spawns are announced with a portrait card in chat.
Meet the 15 bosses Pick a boss from the list, drag to rotate, scroll or pinch to zoom.
Only the top 3 damagers get paid: 1st, 2nd and 3rd take Fighting Keys, Creaking Hearts and Slaying EXP, climbing steeply with the boss tier. Five biomes have PvP on, marked below.

Armour sets /essence
Armour sets are the strongest gear in the game, and every bonus needs the full 4-piece set. Collect 9 matching Essence Fragments from that location's crates, combine them into 1 Essence, then craft or repair the armour like normal gear. Each set now wears its location's colour; stats are unchanged.

Black Market, lootboxes and style
The gem upgrader, lootboxes and the Halloween 26 box, cosmetics, Plus Levels and the resource pack.
The Black Market /blackmarket
The Black Market sits on top of the player market. Pick any live listing, set your chance anywhere from 5% to 75%, and stake gems based on the item's worth and your odds. Then the purple crystal spinner decides.
Win and collect the item with /market claim. Lose and the stake is gone. Every roll is provably fair and can be checked with /blackmarket verify, and your history is under Your Rolls. You get 50 rolls a day with a short cooldown between them, and big wins are announced to the whole server.

Lootboxes /warp lootboxes
Lootboxes open on a full case reel with rarity colours and win sounds. Close it early and you still get the same reward. Every box has a full preview showing every reward, sorted by tier, with its real odds. Keys come from /store, and any pull above Common is announced to the whole server.
30 old lootboxes are retired this map. Tropical, Halloween 26 and the zone crates (Dungeon, Fighting, Mineshaft, Piratebay and Woodland) remain.
Halloween 26 lootbox
17 fully textured items, including the MoonDark Vampire and Pumpkin armour sets, the Nosferatu sword and the Wolfsbane axe. It opens on its own orange and purple reel, and it might jump scare you. Turn that off with /jumpscare toggle.

Tags, chat colours, join messages, welcome banners, particles, arrow trails and prefixes all live in one menu, with loadouts and serial numbers. Your collection carries over between maps, and the full catalogue is in: 524 tags, 90 chat colours and 74 particles.
Withdraw and trade
Shift-click a cosmetic to turn it into a voucher you can trade. Patron tags can't be withdrawn.

Custom vouchers open a designer with a live preview: gradients, any symbols or emoji, and up to 3 particle layers with a 5-second try-on.
Perks and banners
Item Rename and Super Nickname are back in the Cosmetic Shop, and there are 19 Welcome Back banners to unlock.
Plus and Plus Levels /plus
Your Plus Level is how many months in a row you've been subscribed. Every renewal pays more gems, and your level shows as a badge next to your rank in TAB and chat (level 6 is animated with a gold frame). /pluslevels lists every member and their level.
Plus members also get 10% extra gems on every gem pack and 1.25x skill EXP. /quickbuy sells gem packs in game, from 700 gems for $4.99 to 22,500 gems for $99.99.

Resource pack and Bedrock /pack toggle
One optional Oracle resource pack covers the network: a new scoreboard and TAB with icons, Oracle pause and loading screens, painted menus (Gem Shop, Cosmetic Shop, Tools, Insane Kits, Boosters and /plus), styled boss bars, artwork for every chat emoji and 40 enchant sounds. Without it everything still works. Switch it on or off any time with /pack toggle.
Bedrock players on phone, console and Windows get custom items, armour and sounds (every Halloween item included), full nine-column menus, a compact scoreboard, the 3D boss models and MoonDark armour, and working ranks and rewards.

Chapter 7
Enchant reference
Every enchant, level by level: proc chances, radiuses, cooldowns and every hidden Level X. Read straight from the Map 5 enchant configs.
Map 5 changes: Darkness, Hunter and the new Banewraith are Divine dungeon sword enchants (levels I to VI). Darkness has a smaller radius, Hunter now rolls a dungeon mob's rewards extra times, and the bonus drop enchants (Old Miner, Oak Hunter, Sailors Luck, Harvester and Raider) proc less often but still pay x2 to x7. Tunnel Vision triggers more often and Buried Instinct slightly less. Bountiful is no longer sold as a book.
How enchants work
Buy books from /enchants with EXP and apply them on an anvil. Each book shows a success chance between 20% and 100%; if the roll fails, the book is used up.

Chance is rolled every time the trigger happens: each hit, shot, block, crop or kill.
Cooldown is per player. Once it procs, it waits that long before it can fire again.
Radius is in blocks, around you or the block you break.
Custom armour enchants do not stack. The same one on two pieces counts once. Protection adds levels across your equipped armour.
Location enchants for mineshafts, woodlands and Pirate Bay only work there.
Damage is in half-hearts, so 2 = 1 heart. Potion levels match what you see in game.
Reading the cards: chips show values that never change, and the table shows what improves each level. The gold X column shows Level X values.
In game, /enchantinfo gives a one-line summary of each enchant. Click a category there to get a link back to it here.
Weapons

Armour
Protection reduces incoming damage. The custom enchants below it trigger when you are hit while low on health.
ProtectionARMOURArmour
Protection uses the active balance below. Each tier has its own strength.
Each row means all four armour pieces have that Protection level. These percentages reduce damage remaining after armour; they are not added to your armour's reduction. Protection does not reduce damage that bypasses enchantments.

Dragon enchants
These Rare enchants go on armour and trigger when you claim crates in Dragon Valley.
DEV addition: Raider, Speedrunner and Dragonfreak are awaiting the DEV restart and gameplay checks before LIVE rollout.
RaiderRAREArmour
A chance to multiply base Dragon Valley crate rewards and leaderboard credit, from x2 at level I to x7 at level X. Dragon armour and DragonValley booster bonuses add on top through the same reward and statistic totals.
One enchanted armour piece is enough. Only the highest worn level is used, with one chance roll per physical crate. Wearing more copies does not stack the chance. Iron, gold, diamond and netherite armour are supported, including the Dragon set.

Every dragon crate you claim adds one Speed level on top of whatever you already have, so it stacks with Dragon armour, class skills and potions. Keep claiming and it keeps climbing, up to the level's cap: Speed VII at I, up to Speed X at IV. The stack resets 30 seconds after your last claim and the effect underneath resumes.
One enchanted armour piece is enough and every crate counts, there is no chance roll. Wearing more copies does not add more Speed. Iron, gold, diamond and netherite armour are supported, including the Dragon set.
